Litigation Integrity & Platform Standards

Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: October 12, 2026 • Standards: Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 & Illinois S. Ct. Rule 137 • Status: Public Utility Guidelines
Litigation Integrity Principle:
Mutatum was created to level an asymmetric battlefield where predatory junk debt buyers exploit intimidation and robo-signed documents against vulnerable citizens. To preserve its legal power and credibility before the courts, this utility must be used strictly for truthful, good-faith pro se defense, statutory chain-of-title verification, and personal financial liberation.
01

Authorized Permitted Uses

You may use Mutatum solely for the following lawful and ethical purposes:

  • Personal Pro Se Defense: Exercising your statutory right to prepare clerical responses, appearances, and verified answers when sued by third-party debt buyers in municipal, county, or state courts.
  • Evidentiary Standing Objections: Demand rigorous proof of assignment chains, original credit card agreements, and bill-of-sale attachments under codified procedural rules (e.g., 735 ILCS 5/2-606).
  • Fair Debt Collection Disputes: Generating debt validation and dispute notices under 15 U.S.C. § 1692g within 30 days of initial collector contact.
  • Credit Bureau Accuracy Audits: Formulating direct dispute packages under FCRA 15 U.S.C. § 1681i to demand deletion of re-aged, unverifiable, or time-barred trade lines.
  • Personal Financial Planning: Organizing household budgets, calculating payoff snowballs, and tracking living expense allowances.
02

Strictly Prohibited Abuses

Under no circumstances may Mutatum be used for any of the following activities:

  • Fabricated or Bad-Faith Filings: Filing answers containing known false assertions or fabricated facts. All pleadings must comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 and state analogues (such as Illinois Supreme Court Rule 137), which require that claims and defenses have an evidentiary basis and are not interposed for improper delay or harassment.
  • Commercial Resale & Subscription Exploitation: Charging consumers fees, subscription dues, or retainers for generating documents with Mutatum. Mutatum is free public software; profiteering off distressed families using these tools is strictly forbidden.
  • Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL): Misrepresenting yourself as an attorney, using Mutatum to provide legal counsel for hire to third parties, or attempting to represent anyone other than yourself or your lawful dependents in court.
  • Automated Infrastructure Attacks: Launching denial-of-service attacks, automated scraping, or malicious probing against the hosting server or code delivery pipeline.
  • Harassment of Court Staff: Submitting frivolous filings intended solely to abuse, threaten, or intimidate circuit court clerks, judges, or opposing personnel.
03

Candor Toward the Tribunal

When appearing before a judge as a pro se litigant, self-represented citizens are held to standard ethical duties of truthfulness and candor. You agree to:

  • State facts truthfully without altering dates of service or accounting ledgers.
  • Answer the judge’s procedural inquiries directly and respectfully using provided courtroom decorum guidelines.
  • Never attempt to conceal court summons or evade service once validly executed under state law.
04

Decentralized Enforcement & Judicial Sanctions

Because Mutatum employs a zero-knowledge architecture and does not monitor user activity or maintain server accounts, enforcement of court rules is administered directly by the presiding judges in your jurisdiction. Users who file frivolous, bad-faith pleadings risk monetary court sanctions, assessment of opposing attorneys' fees, or default orders.

05
